My Process
My Proprietary Process for Getting a Better Sleep Experience
Go from Sleepless Nights to Sweet Dreams Without Crying It Out or Suffering from Parent Guilt.
After working with thousands of families across the U.S. and around the world, I’ve discovered there are three major reasons why children and parents don’t get the sleep they need:
Fear of Failure
Lack of Trusted Sleep Support
Sleep Disruptions
That’s where The Rest Well Baby Sleep Model™ enters the scene. This is my proprietary process for helping your child (and you) get the rest you need for good.
Part 1: From Fear to Confidence
Why do so many families suffer from stolen sleep? Because it’s hard to know who to trust with your child’s sleep. There can be an overwhelming fear of failure, especially for first-time parents!
The Rest Well Baby Sleep Model™ is about coming alongside you with three key factors:
Known Expertise - I share from my education, track record, and experience so you can know I can help your family get the right results.
Trackable Results - Speaking of results, we use a documented, detailed approach to know we’re helping your child (and you) get better rest for good.
‘Same-Page’ Strategy - We foster a welcoming conversation so you, your partner, and any of your child’s other caregivers (yay, Nana!) can all be on the ‘same page’.
The end result? Say goodbye to fear and hello to confidence!
Part 2: From Sleep Disruptions to Personalized Adaptive Plan
Once we’re on the same page, we take a look at three key factors that can contribute to disrupted sleep:
Parents - Are you and your partner, if you have one, on the same page with knowing how to engage with your child before, during, and after their rest times?
Personality - What’s your child’s personality like?
Places - Where do you need your child to get good rest? On vacation? Through the holidays? While traveling? We factor in all of the familiar (and unfamiliar) places.
We also create a personalized, adaptive sleep plan that fits your child’s sleep needs. This plan is made for you, not a ‘one size fits all’ approach.
Part 3: From Lacking Trusted Support to Right-for-You Sleep Support
Where many sleep coaching courses and programs fail is they lack true support. Who can you call to answer questions when your child still isn’t sleeping? Who can answer your questions with compassion when your child regresses?
You deserve better sleep support in three distinct ways:
Responsive - If you ask a question, you deserve a response. Not next week. Not in a few days. At the first opportunity (in accordance with the service purchased).
Compassionate - Sleep coaching is hard, but it shouldn’t be a negative experience. Compassionate support can help you know it’s going to be okay.
Intentional Change - What if your child’s personalized sleep plan needs to change? Then, let’s change!
