Targeted Age: 5 months to 6 years old

Are you already familiar with the basics of sleep coaching? The Sleep Essentials Gentle Sleep Coaching package is ideal for those who have successfully done sleep coaching in the past and/or for little ones who are experiencing minor sleep challenges. Additional sleep support for families who are new to sleep coaching or for families who could use more support is available through our Serenity and Transformation Gentle Sleep Coaching packages.

One (1) 60-minute virtual consultation
Personalized, adaptive sleep plan & age-appropriate sleep schedule

Up to two (2) scheduled 15-minute phone calls to be used within 30 days of the consultation

Sleep Serenity Package - Gentle Sleep Coaching for Kids
Targeted Age: 5 months to 6 years old

The Sleep Serenity Gentle Sleep Coaching package is perfect for those who need a little extra guidance or just some light follow-up support on their sleep journey. Additional support for families who are new to sleep coaching or for families who could use more assistance is available through our Transformation Gentle Sleep Coaching package.
