• Three (3) calendar weeks of coaching support with unlimited email access during business hours (seven days a week)
• Sleep log review and feedback during the three weeks (seven days a week)
• Six (6) scheduled 15-minute phone calls
• Text messaging (Monday-Friday 8am-4pm)
• After-hours email support (Monday-Friday 4pm-7pm)  
• Three (3) months extended email support
