Are you already familiar with the basics of sleep coaching? The Essential is our Level I gentle sleep coaching package for little ones. This is our nighttime sleep-only support level. Additional sleep support for daytime sleep or for families who are new to sleep coaching or for families who could use more support is available through our Premier and Ultimate gentle sleep coaching packages.

- One (1) 60-minute virtual session

- Personalized, adaptive sleep plan that fits your child’s exact needs
- "What's Next" Support Resources
- Ten (10) days of coaching support with unlimited email access during business hours (Monday-Friday)
- Sleep log review and feedback during the 10 days (Monday-Friday)
- Two (2) scheduled 15-minute phone calls
